Who is Cowpa?
Cowpa was the family nickname for Graham's father. When Cowpa was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer in 2021, Graham moved back to Montana to be with him. Cowpa's last words to Graham were 'follow your dreams' — and Graham's Snacks is the result. The brand is a tribute to the man who started it all.
Are your products really gluten free?
Yes — all of our products are certified gluten free. We take cross-contamination seriously and follow strict protocols in our Seattle kitchen.
Do you use high-fructose corn syrup?
Never. We use cane sugar, honey, or maple syrup depending on the product. No HFCS, ever.
Where are Graham's products made?
Right here in Seattle, WA. Small batches, copper kettles, hands-on process.
Why bites instead of bars?
A few reasons: bites are naturally shareable, they give you better portion control without feeling like you're missing out, and smaller pieces mean less packaging waste per serving. Plus, let's be honest — it's easier to sneak a few bites.
Are your products vegan?
Our Fudge Bites line is 100% vegan. Our Fudge Bars contain butter and cream. Check each product for details.
How should I store my Graham's products?
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Fudge bars keep best under 75°F. Refrigeration is fine but not required.

Do you ship nationally?
We primarily ship within the Pacific Northwest but are working on broader national shipping. Sign up for our email list to be notified.
What's the shelf life?
Fudge Bars: up to 9 months at room temperature. Fudge Bites: 3 weeks. Energy Bites: 4 weeks. All products include a best-by date.
