The Story Behind Graham's Snacks
Our story began in 2021 in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley of Montana. When Graham's father - known lovingly as "Cowpa" and now the inspiration behind our company LLC - was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer, Graham put his career on hold and moved to Montana to be with his dad and family during the difficult 18 months that followed.
Cowpa was an incredible chef who gave Graham a deep love of food and cooking from an early age. During that time of caregiving, Graham found comfort in the kitchen. Wanting to make snacks that felt both nourishing and genuinely delicious, he began creating recipes for his dad to enjoy during treatment. Those early creations would become the foundation of what we make today.
In the summer of 2022, Cowpa lost his battle with cancer. His final words to Graham were simple: "Follow your dreams." Graham carried those words - and the recipes born in Montana - back home to Seattle and began building something worthy of his father's legacy.
Not long after, Graham's wife Jen joined him in the business, and what began as one son honoring his father became a true family-run company. Today, we are a small family-owned business based in Seattle, handcrafting better-for-you snacks in small batches with premium ingredients and a lot of heart. No fillers, no junk - just clean, indulgent snacks inspired by Cowpa's story and made with love by our family.

Typically, clean pre-packaged foods are snacks, salads, and drinks. We believe sweets should be included too. We started with fudge because we love it and so do many people. However, fudge is often seen as a holiday treat because it is very sweet.
