If payment has already been collected for a canceled item or order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRAHAM’S SNACKS, WHITE WOLF FOODS LLC, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR SIMILAR LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and regardless of whether we were advised that such damages were possible.
